The district is now accepting nominations for the gifted and talented program. Call your child's teacher if you want to nominate them. The last day to nominate your child to be tested for this program is on February 16, 2018.

Want a free summer ticket to Fiesta Texas in San Antonio? It's very simple. Click on the link below to access a reading log. You can read magazines, books, or newspapers. All you have to do is read for six hours and write it on the Fiesta Texas reading log. Tickets will be passed out in mid May.
The deadline to turn in the reading log is on February 16, 2018.

MCISD is now taking GT nominations for Kinder. The window to nominate a kinder student for the program opens on January 8, 2018. The last day to nominate a kinder student for the GT program is on January 18, 2018.

The window for nominating students from 1st-5th grade is on February 5, 2018.
