❗️❗️❗️We are now accepting Kindergarten Gifted and Talented Nominations ❗️❗️❗️
Kindergarten Gifted and Talented nominations start tomorrow, Wednesday, December 6, 2023. If your child consistently shows characteristics of giftedness rather than characteristics of high achievement, you may want to refer your child for the Mission CISD Gifted and Talented Program. Please see attachments for more information.
❗️❗️❗️The deadline to submit all the Kindergarten parent forms is on Wednesday, December 20, 2023. ❗️❗️❗️ Please contact your child's homeroom teacher for the two forms (Parent Permission to Test and Parent Inventory).
At this time we are only accepting Kindergarten nominations. The nomination period for first through eleventh grade students will start on Tuesday, February 6. Thank you.

Thirteen Days of Christmas Cheer! 🎄🎅🏽🤶🏻

Please help us spread the spirit of Christmas by joining us in these daily themes. The daily themes are inspired by books and kindness messages. Open the PDF file. Press on the cover of the book to hear the read aloud. Enjoy listening to them as a family and discuss the kindness messages with each other.

We are picking up orders for UIL student shirts. The shirts are 10 dollars. We do not accept checks for 10 dollars or less. Please send exact cash. The deadline to purchase a shirt is this Friday, November 17, 2023. The shirt will look like this image. Forms to let us know the student's shirt size will go out today. Thank you.

Please join us for our annual Literacy Night at Speer Memorial Library! 🎄
Our guest reader will be Mission Police Chief Torres! He will be reading the book, "As Cool As It Gets." In the spirit of this holiday season we are partnering up with Mission PD to help our Mission's Elderly. You may choose to bring a board game, puzzle, coloring book, crayons, teddy bear, word puzzle, or socks to this Literacy Night event.
We will have lots of fun! There will be an activity following the read aloud. You will receive a free book, bookmark, and a treat! See you this Wednesday, November 29, 2023!
